Constitution and Structures of TTB discussed:

a) need to send membership application forms and invitations to get more involved in TTB to all on the ‘Interested People’ and Steering Group lists  who have not yet applied formally to become members; also to any other interested parties so that, when the time comes to elect new Directors for the Company and form a new Steering Group, this process can be democratically organised.

b) suggestion that the new Steering Group might be a smaller, leaner and more effectively consistent group made up of representatives from each of the sub-groups. It will form a non-hierarchical communications hub and deal with the broader business side of the TTB Company and Constitutional matters. TTB members will be able to attend meetings.

c) the website will be the communicating portal for all the information both within the TTB and from outside.

d) suggestion that the the following sub -groups within TTB are set-up: Food; Re-skilling; Awareness raising; TTB Leaflet design;  Publicity; Involvement with young people.
